Parker's The Living Text of the Gospels (a different and intriguing perspective which has presented some challenges to an optimistic evaluation of the reliability of the textual tradition)

Fee and Epp's Studies in the Theory and Method of New Testament Textual Criticism

Ehrman and Holmes' The Text of the New Testament in Contemporary Research: Essays on the Status Quaestionis

Metzger's The Early Versions of the New Testament: Their Origin, Transmission, and Limitations

Metzger's Manuscripts of the Greek Bible: An Introduction to Palaeography (some suggest that the plates of the manuscripts are clearer in the earlier editions)

Roberts' Manuscript, Society and Belief in Early Christian Egypt
